My fish tank is going well; however, Im having some problems with small brown dots on my plants. Over the past week the plants have been developing little brown dots on them about 1 mm in diameter. Is this normal? I tried cleaning out the tank and filling it with new water but I still have the same problem. The brown dots seem to appear near the output on the filter has this got anything to do with it? It just seems really strange?!?!? I can wipe the little dots off with a tissue or rag but they just reappear. Ive tried replacing the water, cleaning out the filter everything!!!

The PH in my tank is 7, Ammonia levels are Nil, water temp is 21 22, and I have 8 goldfish in the tank (fairly small)
Tank size is 60cm long, 30cm high and 30cm wide About 50L
The water is absolutely crystal clear!!!

Do you have any recommendations?????

Thanks

Just another consequence of living water. Probably algae, but maybe slime. Probably won't bother your plants too much, unless it gets really thick.
