Hello! I have just moved to another city. I know that the water (quality) can be different from town to town. I have not had it tested at a LFS and the tests that I have test only Ph, Amonia, Nitrite, Nitrate so I don't know hardness and such.

The reason I post this is because I have an issue (obviously). In my 20g there is a white type film over the gravel. This is not the case in the 10g which is normal. The only real difference besides the fish is the type of gravel in the tanks. In the 20g I have the eco-complete and in the 10g I have just regular ol' gravel.

This never occured until I moved to another city and am a little puzzled as to why it would happen in one tank and not the other... Any suggestions?
