![]() | New tank -Cloudy water..HELP |
rbreak7![]() Small Fry Posts: 5 Kudos: 7 Votes: 0 Registered: 08-Nov-2004 ![]() ![]() | I just started my new 50 gal tank about 1 week ago today. About 3 days ago my tank went totally cloudy. I have no fish in the tank yet. I added ph adjuster to bring the levels down and I added what thsy call "stress releif" which i was told was a de-clorinator. What did I do wrong? Do I need to empty the tank and startr from scratch? Help. |

There is some products which speed up cycling such as NIC, but i ve never used them so im not in the position to say anything. |

That and test your water daily for ammonia, nitrIte, and nitrAte ![]() ^_^ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Monitor the ammonia and nitrite levels. Feed gently. Don't clean the tank or filters. It will pass on its own. -- Gomer |
