I just bought a new water conditioner, it's my LFS own brand, and I didn't notice until I brought it home that it says that it "Promotes the growth of nitrifying bacteria necessary for establishing a biological filter in new aquariums."
My tank is already established, so is this going to cause problems?
Thanks.

no, but it will help stabilize your tank after WC, because some bacteria is lost, and it also will help slime coat too, dont fret...
