You do realise that you have overlapping numbers. You should of made the options: < 20C, 21 - 23C 24 - 26C, 27 - 29C, ] 30C But thats just my opinion... ![]() -- Gomer |

My fish seem to like it best, and my heater is old, anyway. It has trouble heating beyond where I keep it. |

TigerAngel![]() ![]() Fish Addict Posts: 522 Registered: 22-Feb-2004 ![]() ![]() | OK. What temperture do you run your tank/s at.? I was told many times on different forums/friends to run mine at around 26/26.5. My lfs states this is too high and it should be around 24. Any advise on this forum?. Here is a metric conventor: http://www.sciencemadesimple.com/conversions.html [option1]22-24[/option1] [option2]25-27[/option2] [option3]28-30[/option3] [option4]other[/option4] [span class="edited"][Edited by TigerAngel 2004-07-30 10:23][/span] |

Yes the home tanks have heaters (well except for the pond, haven't quite decided if that's going to get a heater this winter). I slowly raise and lower the temp to more closely match the temp of the house in case of power outage and to keep the heater from working as much....and of course I keep temperature range in mind when stocking. ^_^ ![]() |
