![]() | White slime growing on suction cups |
TexasBetta![]() Fingerling Posts: 44 Kudos: 37 Votes: 0 Registered: 16-Aug-2004 ![]() | Well, what is it? After 2-3 days it thorughly covers the suction cups, and is easily wiped off. After a couple more days, I can see the stuff starting to settle on my plant leaves...but it readily shaken off. My cory's seem to eat it, or they just displace it into the substrate. I have an Eciplse 3, heated at 79F. I use RO water, pH is at 7.1, ammonia and nitrates come up nil. The tank is established, and has been doing this for a while now. It's rather annoying to say the least. |

Just continue to clean them off, and while doing regular water changes, syphon off the stuff from the plants. Frank ![]() -->>> The Confidence of Amateurs, is the Envy of Professionals <<<-- |
