I have heard many time that someone can't keep two fish toghether because of the different water parameters. Okay there are some exceptions such as tangaykins and discus. I would like to dispute this point. Almost any fish can be kept in non native water parameters as long as there stable. I am keeping a community SA tank in the exact same water as may malawi hap tank. I don't expect the fish to breed but that isn't the main goal of most of the threads. I just think that stable is more important than the correct ph and hardness. What do you guys think. |
