Hi,
Cloudy water is generally an indication of a bacterial
outbreak. Because you are doing a fishless cycle, you
could do a 10 -20% water change, or simply leave it.
The fact that the nitrates are just beginning and that
the nitrites are still not "0" indicates that the tank
is not yet cycled and it is too soon for fish.

What do you mean by a 2 day fishless cycle? The fastest I've heard of doing a fishless cycle is 5-7days and that's if you add bacteria from another tank such as gravel or filter material. Otherwise it usually takes 2-3weeks. Unless you used something like biospira? With 2.5ppm nitrites and barely any nitrates the tank is only part way cycled and shouldn't have any fish yet. Another problem could be you cycled it with too little ammonia or stopped adding ammonia too soon(bacteria die within a day of not feeding them) and then added fish which caused a mini cycle. If there's fish I would do some water changes to help keep the nitrites in control. If there aren't fish just leave it and keep adding ammonia. Once the tank is completely cycled it should clear up and at this point that shouldn't take more than a week.

i used biospira and i think it could be the carbon from the filter, forgot to rinse it

wrong readings
nitrates 6.0 ppm
nitrites 0.0 ppm
