OK i read the WaterConditioner fourm and i'm a little bit confused.

I have a Tap Water Conditioner called Aqua Plus, it has Pantented Stressreducing formula.
It:
Removes Chlorine and Heavy metals

And Coats to protect and heal(says all this on the bottle)

I only use this in the new water i pt in when i do water changes it says to add about 5ml per 10gallon but my aquarium is 10gallon so i put a lil evey time i add water.

should i only use this for when i add tap water?

Yes, you should use that when you add tap water, as the tap water has the chlorine in it which you want to get rid of.

yes...u should always add water conditioners when adding new water....when it comes to adding new fish...well..u can but not necessary coz the coat is there already...and this doesnt help alleviate the stress of a new fish...in time..the fish will adopt...proper acclimitation is more important. btw....i find that water conditioner wasteful...its costly per gallon of it...i use Prime (im not advertising)...its like 2 drops per gallon...but i add a drop or 2 just incase...and a small bottle lasts me a loonng time.

ps....chlorine is easy to remove..its the chloramine u should be concern more.

When doing partial water changes always treat the water b4 u actally add it to the tank...However when starting a new aquarium..set tank up and have it running for 1 week without fish...that was u dont have to add any chemicals!!....that's what the lfs told me!
