Add charcoal to your filter.

Charcoal and time are the onlw ways to remove tannins and believe me it can take time.My tank has been up for 9 months and is only just getting to the point of being clear.

If you've just added the driftwood I'm going to suggest the easy way....might not be your favorite though...

Remove the wood, treat it to a soak in hot, but not boiling water, change the water as often as the water colors. It may take a few hours to a few weeks depending on the type of wood and the size. Hot water will help release the tannins faster as it will open up the pores of the wood (much like a facial). If that's not possible then as was mentioned your only resort is to do frequesnt partial water changes and or run carbon.
