Gender: Males are a steel blue colour, females are yellow and black.
Breeding: Use an acidic pH of 6.0 - 6.5. Lots of bogwood and plants are reccomended. Feed live foods to condition the fish. The eggs are laid on bogwood, large broad leaves, and even upturned clay flower pots.
