| Old Text: | Like all puffers, this fish should only be introduced to a fully cycled and established tank. Crunchy foods, such as snails are a necessity for these puffers, their teeth grow very rapidly, even when compared to other puffers. Many owners have reported needing to have their teeth trimmed to prevent overgrowth. Feed Live and frozen foods, snails, freeze dried krill, frozen shrimp, bloodworms- live or frozen, ghost shrimp (gut-loaded). Because they are very messy eaters, overfiltration is high
