You could fit some shell-dwellers in there, or apistos, or rams. Decide which one of these you want, or if there is something else out there that you'd like, and we can give you more specific information.

i am getting rams quite soon (within the next week) I will let you know how i'm liking them when i get them

they might be a real nice choice for a 20 gallon, you would have room for a pair plus some dither fish and janitorial fishies

Any of the above suggestions...a pair of kribs would work too. Good luck

You could do like, an apisto red flash pair, a school of 8 cardinal tetras, a few cory sterbais and a zebra plec. Best dream tank ever. >.>

More realistically, though, I'd probably go with two pairs of apistos (the aformentioned red flashes are beautiful), and a few cleanup fishes.

I also reckon Apisoto's. Beautiful little fish, but unluckily very high maintenance. Maybe a pair of Convicts?

Well if you like alot of movement i would do a school of tiger barbs, and work around that. If you want color i would go with a school of tetras and work around that. It would help if we knew what you were trying to achieve with this tank.

There's some great ideas there! If they were more common here, I'd be tempted to start a shell dweller tank myself.
