Considering the real-time nature of this website, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted.

You agree to and will abide by the following Terms Of Service (TOS):

1. We do not actively monitor the contents of the FishProfiles.com Forums and are not responsible for any messages posted.
2. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
3. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this Forum or any entity associated with this Forum.
4. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
5. When posting any material on FishProfiles.com you automatically grant the ASP Network and FishProfiles.com permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive rights to store and publish the information in any form. You agree that this clause is retrospective, and covers all material posted on FishProfiles.com, not just the forums.

14. Any users aged under 13 and residing in the USA must obtain their parents' permission to open an account.
15. You assert that you are a new member and have not been banned from any FishProfiles services.
16. Management may refuse admission at any time, to any member, without any reason whatsoever.
