That oscar should be alone in the 29 gal until you move it to the larger tank, move it by the time it hits 6 inches.
Wait any longer, you risk stunting the oscar.. Do water changes weekly and pay attention to your filter, feed small amounts of food a couple times per day and change up on the foods.

Add other fish to the 29 once the oscar is no longer in there. It will bully the fish it can't eat, and will try to eat anything that will fit into it's mouth.

I started several oscars in a 29 gal tank but only to 6 inch.

29 gal. will be fine for a lone Oscar, but don't put him with the other fish that you already have.

Put him in the 120 gal. tank, but remove the Corydoras, as they might become snacks.

I'd be watching that tank very carefully.
Oscars, like people, vary from one to another. One can be peaceful and wouldn't harm a thing and another can be a terror and will have a go at everything in the tank.
I found that oscars are actually nastier when they're smaller and get a little more placid as they get older.
I'm not saying it wont work and it's certainly worth trying but definately keep an eye on it's tank mates

peacok eel will liekly become a snack, i watched in horror as my oscar sucked him from out of the gravel..small rainbow/albino sharks are easily eaten by oscars too.
When they are young the sharks are quite skinny and oscar chomps them..it takes a while to go down but he will do it.
