4 bolivian rams
1 angelfish
1 5" sailfin pleco
6-12 cories
6-12 small rainbows
10 card tetras
10 black neons
4 gold gouramis
3 yoyo loaches

if you forget, this is a 75g tank with 2 pengiun 330s and a eheim 2222. 790 GPH in total with biomedia in the can and both pengiuns are biowheels.

That looks like it is a little bit overstocked, at least on the surface. Since you have rainbowfish and gouramis, there will be a lot of surface action. Instead, I'd cut the gouramis, and add a few more loaches. That way, the rainbowfish will have the top to themselves, and the loaches will have more company.

Plus, gold gouramis *allegedly* can be aggressive towards other gouramis, themselves included. I wouldn't take the risk of aggression in that otherwise peaceful tank.

i dont think pearls are that good looking. of course im goign by photos and not 1st hand. ill try the golds and if it doesnt work then it doesnt work owell. to many mixed messages with them. some say they will wipe out a tank like savages others say they wouldnt touch a thing. so i figure only one way to find out.

you should try and see a pearl in real life they are very beautiful and reflective, hard to capture as a photograph theres a reason they call them pearl, they kind of look like they are spotted with little pearls

I think golds are way better looking then pearls my self. If it were my tank i would try to get a pair or two of dwarf gouramis. They have way better color and are a bit more peaceful i think.

I have a Gold Gourami in my 20 gallon with a Dwarf Gourami; they both get along well, and the Gold G. leaves my Blue Ram alone as well.

48 inches by 18 inches is the foot print. dont forget gouramis are air breathing. i also have a ton of surface agitation and alot of the fish on my list are tiny.

i don't think that is overstocked my 70g inches-wise is way overstocked, but most of the fish are low-waste producing and schooling tetras and small barbs and with the biggest fish being 3''(2 banjo cats). and my tank is overgrown with plants coz it has a 5ft double light (and yes it sticks over the end) and unless i missed it somewhere..what kind of rainbows are you getting?

threadfins, just 6, i was gona get 12 but they are lacking alot of color and dont shoal very close. they get to be 1.5 to 2 inches. im gona get neons in stead of another 6 rainbows. everything is small and i mean real small, the largest things that will be in there is a gibby pleco 4 gold gouramis and a single angelfish. everything else will be 2 inches or less.

oh the yoyo loaches wil be 3 inches, forgot them.

You can have my gold. I also have a blue one you can have. And yes, the golds can be agressive, but will only pick on some fish and leave others alone. There alright fish but I dont like the way they look like I did back when I got them. I dont know, I just got board with them. If you dont go with them you could try the less common gouromies, like the pygmy or spike tail. They are smaller too, like 1"-2".
