ok hey everyone.

Recently I got 5 Black Alto' Calvus from a breeder for cheap. They're currently about 4cm for the smallest and 5cm for the largest.

Anyways I want to know what size or age they become active for breeding. I'm guessing they won't start breeding for another year but I could be wrong. Can anyone help me with this.

It will be more than a year before you can start breeding. I would estimate close to 2-3 years. These guys grow really slow. I got one about july and I haven't noticed any growth at all.

thanks, that's a very good link.

if I remember the breeder said that my calvus are about 8 months old now. So I still have a long time to go.
