I got two questions..

1) should i buy other Angelfish to be a company for my 10cm Angelfish?

2)whould Angelfish and Serpae Tetras go along on the same aquarium??

1) depends on tank size
2) no as serpae's are very nippy and the angels fins would be too tempting for them

No fin nippers with Angels & Serpae Tetra's are fin nipping Tetra's.

Also don't add any small Tetra's like Neons, as they'll be eaten.

Depends, out of the 6 or so different subspecies of serpaes, there are bound to be some that are more peaceful than others. Rosies, for example, had yielded good results for me, and I kept them for a time with angels. If, however, you aren't sure, don't risk it.
