In my tank I have 6 black widow Tetras & 4 platys. I have read a few conflicting reports on whether angels and platys are compatible. My platys seem quite placid - spend most of the time chilling out or chasing each other. What do you think? Thanks ![]() |

I don't think you should have any compatibility problems. I would thou consider adding a couple more angels(if the tank is large enough)as this way they will be least likely to pick on any other fish. |

A 25 gallon is to small for a perminant home. That way when you get a bigger tank you can get angels then. That is if you still want them. But take it from somebody that has gone threw it already, angels don't do well when cramped. |

I thought they were going from a 25 gallon into possibly a larger tank. 25 gallons is really pushing it to the bare minimum in how large of a tank angels should be in. So, I'd have to agree your probably best just to return them to your LFS and hey possibly get some nice fish that will do well in a 25 gallon tank. |

It has the height necessary to meet the requirements of angels. |
