IMO the yoyo loaches are very good looking and active, but are a bit aggressive. Zebra loaches are cool too, but have only owned 1, so not sure how they act in a group.Angels are great for a 55. Kissing Goramis get way too big and sounds like you are half way there already. I'm the same way with the Clown loaches(must have ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I have posted it in the general section here http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/forums/General%20Freshwater/56072.html?200503081857 Looks like most of the fish I want aren't on this list. |

I left my card and a list of some fish that I wanted them to get in and I didn't heard from them so I rang them to find out. He jsut said to try the NOC list for Australia. I am unsure on what this is but I would guess it is a list of the fish that aren't allowed. He did say tho I could try the black market in Australia. WOW a tropical fish black market! |

Unless I find someone on the black market who has them. He said that they can get a weathered loach. Does anyone know where I can find a picture of these? |

I also have recently kept my 1 Zebra with my 5 Clowns for about 2 weeks(temp for the Zebra) with no probs also. I may put him back in after I move the Gibby. ![]() |

I guess they will sell for more as well. SO could always buy 6 or so and grow them up and then sell them to others who want big ones and then buy smaller ones and start all over again. But will it be OK to get maybe 4 clowns and maybe 2 yoyo ones or 2 zebra ones or should I just go one lot? |

They are very active though. They tend to look a bit dull when small but as they get bigger they are pretty. Stallion81 is right though if you really want the clowns go for them coz like he says you most likely will get a bigger tank given time (we all do eventually) and even if you don't well once they get to big you can always find some one with a bigger tank that would love to house them for you. http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |

I just looked at the profile. Looks pretty plain tho. But like the look of the Zebra loach. Can I mix them up or can I just have the one type?? Maybe 2 clowns and 4 zebra's??? Or 3 lots of 2??? I also liked the clown loaches and wanted them but like you at the time my tank was not really the right size for them so some one suggested the Pakistani loach to me I to was not sure coz I liked the clowns but I can tell you I have not once regretted getting the Pakistanis they are great and just as nice looking as the clowns see if you can get them ordered in I bet you would not regret it like me. http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |

They only grown to around 4 inches compared to the clown loaches 12 inches. Or you could get the candy loach also known as the zebra loach they grow to around 3 inches both these loaches have loads of personality and are great fun to watch I have both. I would recommend you consider those rather than the clown. http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |
