Hey! I was wondering of a pair of diomond gouramis would be able to go in a 55 gallon with 4 angels and 2 blue rams? Thanks!

Yea, They would be fine with each other. They are all very peacefull fish. And with a tank that big, I don't think they can find each other.

Do diamond gouramis have another common name? I'm not really familiar with them...sounds cool though. Could you be referring to sparkling gouramis?

Ah. Pearl Leeri gouramis. Never heard them referred to as diamonds before. You learn something new every day, huh?
These guys can get to be of decent size, I've seen 5"-6". I believe the males develop a very pretty orangish glow on their underside. Cool fish.

There shouldn't be any problems. Pearl (diamond) gouramis are peaceful, and will not usually bother other fish. The same goes for angels and rams. The key word here is usually. Each of the above types of fish have been known to become territorial, aggressive, and/or just plain nasty. It all just depends on the personality of each fish. Since your angels and rams presumably get along, I don't think there will be any problems.

Just to double-check though, are there any other fish in the tank?

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
