I have 3 juvenile labs (1 1/2) along with an RTBS. Just looking for something else to add in my 55G By all means marry; if you get a good wife, you'll be happy. They're mbuna but they supposedly like the upper levels. You could also add some more yellow labs. I've noticed that a lot of africans don't pay attention to what water level they're supposedly to be in. My blue dolphins who are supposed to be a bottom dweller but frequently swim along the top and mid-level. |

Mind you, all of my mbuna are very much top-swimmers despite what they are 'supposed' to do ![]() The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. - Oscar Wilde |

A 55g is too small for a lot of haps. I certainly wouldn't recommend blue dolphins for a 55g as they might not get huge, but they are a schooling fish and they do like their open room to swim. Most peacocks should be fine in open water with some rocks. |

You could go with some of the small copadachromis speceis like an azerus or mloto. |

A black a yellow tank would be cool. Also if your going to be mixing mbuna and hap, I would suggest feeding them NLS it is the all-purpose food for anything. |
