![]() | Are Green Terrors closet eaters? |
vjayshutterbug![]() Fingerling Posts: 24 Kudos: 29 Votes: 0 Registered: 27-Jan-2005 ![]() ![]() | I swear my green terror never eats. Or at least I never see him eat. I got him about three weeks ago, and he is about 2.5 to 3 inches long. I have tried everything from cichlid pellets to frozen foods. Flakes to bloodworms. He seems genuinely disinterested. YET....he seems healthy and happy. He roams his 55 gallon home with his fins erect, and color very bright. So, is this the usual behavior of GTs? Are they finicky and eat in private when one is not looking? Should I be concerned? ![]() |

I just tried to feed him some flakes this morning, and he goes up to them and looks at them, then swims away like they're just not good enough for him.
