If you do buy this poor creature then don't expect it to live beyond a year
Blueberry oscars have been made that way by living in water saturated with dye, fed foods that are soaked in dye and hormones and also injected with dye through a hypodermic needle
Not something that any true fish lover wants to have any part of

Plus buying dyed fish supports the practice - to dye fish like oscars, they're dipped in acid and then dye. So, not exactly a business plan people generally want to support.

Dyed fish are very stressed, and the color fades in time. Usually the fish will have premature death and often times wont last long at all.

The slime coat is usually very damaged, so the fish is open to diseases, esp ich and body fungus.

Really depends, if it isnt dyed, its pretty rare, just like solid yellow oscars.

You cant really tell if it is or not by just looking at it, unless it shows some dead give away signs.

They are just dyed albino oscars. Personally - I'd stay away from them. The only reason they are 'rare' is because a) high mortality rate and b) they're dyed and being boycotted.
