does it have to be realy big? if not i say the salmon hippo point, or altolamprologus calvus i like the white, but there is also black and yellow

Black Piranha would be awesome but then it isn`t a cichlid.
Also a school of Red Bellies would be cool.

For cichlid I would go for a Jag or maybe Jack Dempsey

oscar, midas, red devil, trimac, flowerhorn, or jag. others to consider would be black belt, synspilum, or bifasciatum but I don't know how owner responsive these big guys are. any of these would have to be kept alone. you may get by with a breeding pair of most of them, but a tank divider would be good to have on hand just in case.

Gold Severums. The get pretty big, they look cool and they are almost as aware of their owners as Oscars.
