This is the setup im looking at.

1 pleco
several male guppies
2 blue rams
3 peppered cories
3 ottos

in my 29 gal.

A pair of rams with guppies should be fine, but you may get a nip or two if the pair decides to breed.

As for your setup, it sounds good for the most part, only id get rid of the pleco and get 2 or more cories.

sounds good, i dont have any algae so the pleco is just a pooping nuscence. I will be glad to get rid of him.

Hey, I am also looking to get a pair of blue rams for my 29 tall. I am thinking them, a dwarf gorrami, and 3 - 4 cories.

IME, blue rams + cories(feeding sinking foods) = trouble. My blue rams nipped my cories all around the tank over sinking tabs.

I have rams and cories and they get along really well, with the sinking foods, (dont know if you do or not Jubilee)I also put some floating foods in or bloodworms and the Rams dont even notice the sinking foods).

Good luck and enjoy your Rams ... they are beautiful.

If you don't have any alge you may want to get rid of the pleco and the ottos (usually only eat alge) I would do this:
10X male guppies
2x Blue Rams
6-8x Peppered Cories
