Would red phantom tetras be ok with a pair of blue rams in a 10 gallon? I used to have cardinal and neon tetras but they just keep dying so I'd like to try something new.

Rams are good community fish and get along with most tetras.

I guess you might be able to fit a small school + a pair of Rams in a 10g.

[EDIT]: Just remember that Blue Rams are fairly sensitive to water conditions. So you gotta be carefull in a 10g.

Best of luck

It might be okay, but I wouldn't risk it. A ten gallon tank is kind of small for a school of tetras and a pair of rams. Fifteen gallons would be more suitable, especially since German rams are somewhat sensitive. If you want to add other fish, *maybe* just go with a dwarf gourami or some ottos.
