I have a breeding pair already..3 Fry from their first batch. And Now a second.

I know You can leave the 1st gen with the new one and they help tend to them....and the parents still tolerate them.
So when should I take the (1st) out?
I was thinking when they show interest in their next spawn, but what do you all think?

Their in a 30g, species tank.

Any thoughts would be great

I've breeded some Neolamprologus brichardi & i left the 1st, 2nd & 3rd batch of fry together. I didn't have any problems with them. I think that it's up to you when you can take them out.

I think either when you feel like it - i.e if you want to sell them, or try to grow them on a little more for selling - or when they are kicked out of the group.
