	Convict laid eggs

My blue acara & GT have spawned 4 or 5 times and none of the other fish were allowed near the eggs. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean

Johnny the Oranda Enthusiast Posts: 237 Kudos: 237 Votes: 82 Registered: 01-Mar-2005	Well i went from 90 babies to about 30 now cause my cichlids have been snacking on them, but i think ill be able to save a few babies, i just wish they would get bigger faster.

ikkinisme Small Fry Posts: 3 Kudos: 3 Votes: 0 Registered: 08-May-2005	Had blue acaras, johanni and b/n and convicts all spawn recently.A few of them in a community, and learned fast that if I wanted the fry (majority) to survive, they had to have their own tanks Now I cant seem to stop the convicts from spawning.But one thing I did notice is that they are really good parents, and attack any other fish that comes anywhere near their territory.
