One of the first questions I have for you is your pair breeding or have been bread? As for fish you can add....... I wouldn't, however, add any additional bottom dwellers as this is where the convicts will be most territorial.

The parents might come after you in you put your hand in the tank to if they are really worked up. Good luck!! Pictures??
