What is the diffrence between male and female? Which are bigger, more colorful, and what the fins look like. Thanks for your help.

Male Kribs are bigger, longer anyway, and their anal and dorsal fins trail back to pionts that almost come even with the end of the tail.

As far as color they are both pretty cool, the female gets a dark purple belly. The male gets these light blue highlights on the leading edges of his pectoral fins. They both have orange spots and orange on the top edge of their dorsal fin and tail. They also have metalic yellow on their lower jaw and a stripe just above their lateral line.

Get some,they're cool, Mike

As mentioned, male kribs do have longer, pointed fins and the females' fins are shorter and more rounded. That's the best way to tell. However, many people don't realize that both males and females get a red belly. Usually the males' are more pink and not as bright as the females' purplish red. Also, the older the krib, the easier it is to sex.
