The convict will always be at the top of my list, with jd's, firemouths, and oscars right behind it

Tough question! I definitely have a preference for CA/SA cichlids

Of the fish I currently keep my favorites are:

-blue acara
-krib
-angel

Top of my wish list is a JD.

My current favorite would have to be the Bolivian ram, but past favorites include Texas cichlids, N. multifasciatus, N. brevis, and even the good old Convict.

This is a hard one
I could give you reasons on why I love every cichlid I keep but it's so much harder to choose my favourites
1. Oscars, the only fish I've ever taken to a vet, once you keep these guys it's very hard to go past them without at least talking to them.
2. Chocolate (Hypselecara temporalis) So big but so gentle.
3. Very hard not to mention the Blue Rams, not shy at all and one of the most beautiful FW fish out there!
