Just make sure if your going to have more than one tank size is important,so make sure your take is large enough to accomidate them. Also try to make sure they are relatively the same size as firemouths usually become aggressive and territorial during spawning and they may even harrass smaller fish. A sandy bottom is reccommended with plenty of rocks and caves to establish territorys. |

If its the aquarium salt then that stuff is junk. They can stand that, but if its the marine salt used to make brackish tanks then no. |
