What do you feed your cichlids? What make/sort of food do you use?

I just got some Hikari Cichlid Excel pellets, specially formulated for tangs but it floats and they're not interested. What do you use?

New Life Spectrum. Sinks a little faster than I'd like but they really go after it.

I use HBH Attack small pellets and my ocellatus seem to like them. I break them up so they're easier to eat. Even though the pellets are small the ocellatus still had to bite & spit out and bite again and spit out, etc. which I hear is common, but now that I've broken them up a little they seem easier to eat.

A chinese brand cichlid, that I use on all my fish. Also HBH sinking pellets and some brine shrimp once in a while. I also use hikari staple.
