![]() | Food for Blovian Rams? |

I feed flake food for the tetras and corys and once a week cory pellet. For the ram I take frozen brineshrimp and let it dry into a flake like form so that it will sink (it rehydrates in water) though the corys and tetras get it normaly the ram gets what it needs first. Also I feed an Omega One algae wafer in a small chunk (about 1/8 or 1/4 a pellet) this neither the corys or the tetras will eat and the ram loves it. But if your ram is really hungry, he'll get the food. Mine usually doesn't get that much as the serpaes attack the flakes like little prianhas. But if he's hungry enough, the ram will scare them away and get the food. Another good idea is too feed your tetras on one side and the ram on the other. I put a generous amount on the right side for the tetra school, they go after it and I feed the ram on the right side. |

Try to leave them a day without food & see if they'll eat what you offer them. ![]() http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.deathbydyeing.org/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
