I just cam over to visit only to find a rock covered in eggs!!!! damn things wouldn't breed in my tank but in his!!!! how long b4 they hatch??? do they eat their young?? he... err we need to know hehe!!!

I would assume, like other cichlids, it all depends on the individual fish and tankmates As far as hatching, probably similar to Angels. A day to hatch into wigglers and free swimming 5 or so days later. Mike
