Anybody have a link or any information to help me decide if i have a male or female GT?

sometimes the male will have a slight bump and may be more colorful including having orange on the tips of his fins

also males will generally have extended dorsal and anal fins. this may or may not show up at an early age. Otherwise, GT's aren't exactly the easiest species to sex and you may have to wait till the fish is roughly 4-6" and try venting.

Male has a long and more pointed dorsal fin and orange colouration along it too. I found you dont noticed a lump on head unless its the Alpha male. a male i had by himself never devloped a lump till placed with another GT
