Hello again everyone.

I have a friend who -- according to the image he posted -- has what appears to be a Metriaclima Greshakei. However, I am also wondering if it might also be a Metriaclima Mbenjii.

What are the subtle differences between the two species?

Is it an albino or something? Because I just looked both species (now in genus Maylandia) up on Fishbase, and they're very different in coloration.
