There have been some half-blacks on aquabid lately. This is the first time I have seen them. Are they a cross with a wild strain?

would these angels have the silver body and then back half end. i haven't seen them on aqua but i saw them in a book. i will check again for you.

Yeah, they're silver, but the rear third or so of their body is black. They look kind of cool, but must be rare? Or wild? There were a few listed on aquabid, but there's apparently only one listing now:

Yep, thats the one. I was curious about these because other online breeders do not offer them. I thought that they were perhaps wild or wild crosses. Do you happen to know?

i wouldn't think that these come from the wild. just cross breeding proably silver to black.

I forget the lineage, but it is not black x silver. I am quite sure it is half zebra.
