I would like to know any possible way to take out convict fry without hurting them!

im not 100 % sure about this answer but if it was my fry i would feed them for now, let them grow, then when they come to a nice size to beable to fit in a net, just take them out of the tank and put them in a other tank.

BUT BE CARFULL THERE JUST BABIES...!!

Turkey baster works great for removing fry, they never leave the water and you can suck the majority of them up the first try.
