Ok my tank is a 55 gallon us

ammonia- 0
Nitrites- 0
Nitrates 10-20is ppm
ph- 6.5

Contains

rummy nose- 11 i asked for 10 somehow came home with a free one
Rosy tetras- 6 i might add 2 more
bristlenose pleco- 1 female
panda cories- 6 of the little guys
cockatoo apistos- 1 pair
banjo cat- 1

i have plenty of live plants and bog wood

the question is would it be ok to add maybe a pair of rams and maybe another pair of apistos or angels

i have over ten caves for the pleco and apistos to have a territory also with 5 or so shells that they can claim as homes

what else would you guys stock? am i under or over stocked?

thanks

personally, I'd add those other 2 rosy tetras and some more panda corys before adding any more cichlids. that's just me though.

like every other post toningt i agree wiht jason. you will not be diappointed with larger schools of fish as they make a wonderful display. i dont think you would have any problems with a pair of rams or you could go with a different look like a gourami. for the best display you want fish that live at all the levels of your tank.

I would make this setup:-

14 Rummy Nose Tetras.
8 Rosy Tetras.
1 Pair of Lovely Bristlenose.
10 Panda Corydoras.
1 Pair of Cockatoo Apistos.
1 Banjo Cat.
