Three male Jewels in a 30 tall with many rocks and caves. One male very brilliant colors the other two are very dull with fins all frayed from fighting with dominate male. Will this last long, it's been about 3 weeks since they have been in the tank together.

How big and how old are these fish? Yes, it is the dominant male doing the beating, but don't expect this to stop. The other two will continue to be underdogs, and as they grow and in a tank that size, they will still get a-beating.

You be better off with 30 long instead of tall with that type of fish. Even with all the caves rocks and such, the dominate fish probably considers the whole tank his. Has this happened for majority of three weeks? If it has he will probably continue to attack the two other jewels untill they are removed either by you or killed by him. You can try to rearrange the tank, it might(probably won't) help for a short time, or you can try to remove most of the caves and rocks to prevent the fish from claiming a cave as his own. Unfortuantely jewels can be vicious and really aggressive. They are very nice fish though.
As was said above you need a bigger tank.
