ifancyfish Fingerling Posts: 28 Kudos: 24 Votes: 16 Registered: 19-Feb-2005	Would something like krill be ok to feed my green terror in place of goldfish or feeders? If it is ok, do you think it would be ok if I started feeding him some now? He's about 3 1/2 inches long. Thank you.

Jason_R_S Moderator Posts: 2811 Kudos: 2421 Votes: 391 Registered: 18-Apr-2001	ditto what others have said. many lfs will carry krill cubes which smaller fish will be able to eat and then they'll also carry krill "sheets" that you break apart. these are whole pieces of krill and are better for larger fish. yours may be big enough to eat the full pieces of krill. you can also use freeze dried krill as well but I think the fish will prefer frozen. I give both frozen and freeze dried to many of my fish.
