Veteric  Big Fish Posts: 376 Kudos: 549 Votes: 7 Registered: 19-Apr-2004   | Hey all (  it's been a while since i've posted; my 125 gal is driving me insane. I've had some disasters in the past trying to start it, and my original plan for discus is destroyed. No matter how I try, RO water and co2 turns into a 120kh/7.6ph monstrosity despite having tested all ornaments, substrate amonia, nitrite, nitrate, and having an uncycled tank. So that being said, I'm starting to read on small LMW cichlids to see if i can find anything that won't destroy my plants. Any suggestions would be great, or even a hand figuring out my water quality issue  |
