These two fish have been friends for over a year and just recently they've gotten territorial around their terracotta pot. Do you have just those 2 in a tank or do you have several of each species? If you have several of each species I would say it is very strange that they would choose each other but if those are the only 2 then it is not so wierd. |

It was suprising because although they always hung together we never really thought of the two of them breeding. I have heard of the Braziliensis and the Synspilum breeding and we have one of those in the same tank but that's a female and so is the Brazil (obviously) ![]() The eggs are still there this morning, I'll post anything new that happens.
