iltat   Mega Fish Posts: 1076 Kudos: 1216 Votes: 0 Registered: 14-Oct-2002   | For those of you who don't know, which is most likely none of you, I thought I would show this pic I got in the NY Aquarium. They had a huge exhibit on caring for and conserving different species of fish. One of them was a cichlid tank with a Nile Perch outlined on the tank. Now I can see why this fish has caused the single largest extinction of species (nearly all the cichlids in the African lakes) since the dinosaurs were wiped out... iltat attached this image:  PM/email/msg me if you have any questions/comments regarding me or my knowledge or if you want me to read a thread. |
