My dad wants to put a parrot in his aquarium. Is that ok to put with tropical fish such as bala sharks, silver dollars, zebra danios, an angel fish, red tail shark, and a pleco? Thanks

If your refering to the blood parrot, yes, but the fish may eat some of your danios or chase them. Start with a small one, 1 inch - 2 inchs, so it wouldnt chase your other fishes. Usually, blood parrots are pretty harmless and not so aggressive, it will just hold it's territory.

Edit: Oh yea, depends on the size of the aquarium too.

Odds are the tank will be overstocked in time, unless the fish are upgraded to a tank when they outgrow it.

If you have a large enough tank to support the fish, the parrot can go in the tank, as long as the others are not full grown.

The silver dollars and balas need a 6 foot tank. So does the pleco if it is a common. I would recommend he fixes his current stocking problems before taking on new fish.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.
