That a nice site how did you find it ?

Even if i dont keep the type of fish there are some fish i there that are realy nice i might get a tang tank going thanks!

If you're going with a Tang tank you should definitely get some shell dwellers (multies, ocellatus, brevis, etc.) as they are constantly digging around in the sand and changing the aquascape.

17 gallon and a 55 malawi tank the 17 gallon is the spare tank is that to small?

For a small tank like that I would go with some ocellatus or brevis like johnsmith said They are good to start with and they don't cost to much and are easy to breed.
