You sure its not a humphead cichlid, or just a synonym for it?

African Blockhead, bumphead, lumphead, lionhead, buffalohead or humphead. And their cirtainly not blue. They are a creamy colour with grey strips to even a light grey with darker grey strips depending on where its parents are from.
They grow to around 6inches usualy a bit smaller and the are very capable swimmers the prefer to kind of hop from rock to rock. They are also quite intolerent of other bottom dewellers. I have 2, and am trying to breed them they are great , a little fish with a big pesonality.

Stick to malawis
there is no way the block head is bluehttp://www.fishprofiles.com/profiles/fw/profile.asp?id=Steatocranus+casuarius
But if its the dolphin cichlid then you are right but there is no way unless dyed that it could be blue.
