Sometime within the next couple of weeks I'm going to get a 75 gallon tank started. After I cycle it I'm going to stock it with mbuna cichlids. What is the minimum I should start with to try and prevent aggression and territory claiming?

you should do a fishless cycle and add all the fish at the same time

fishless cycling would be the way to go if you can get all your fish at the same time. if that is not the direction you want to go with, get your tank cycled ( i like giant danios). and add the least aggressive fish from your list first. add the next aggressive and so on. you should really nail down what kind of fish youwnat beforehand. if you go with yellow labs, acei, & red zebras, you could fit 4-6 of each in that tank. make sure to leave some room for some catfish of some kind. i like dwarf petricola and bushynose pleco's.

Is adding all the fish at once a good idea?
Mmm...I think you can still fo fishless cycle then add step by step is a better approach....
